Secure Manuscript Submission

Alternatively, manuscripts may be submitted to the official IJFPS editorial email: fundamentaljournals@gmail.com.
After an initial administrative assessment, the Journal Manager may create an OJS account for the corresponding author. The author should receive an official account-activation or password-setting link through the registered email address.
For security, authors should not send passwords by email. IJFPS will not request an author’s existing email, institutional, ORCID, or other account password.

The former Fundamental Journals domain using the “.org” extension is no longer under our control and must not be used for journal access, manuscript submission, correspondence, payment, or citation.

Appeals and Complaints
An author wishing to appeal an editorial decision should submit a reasoned letter explaining the scientific or procedural grounds for reconsideration.

When available, use the subject line “Appeal/Complaint – Manuscript ID”. Receipt of an appeal does not guarantee that the original editorial decision will be changed.
APC and Payment Enquiries
An Article Processing Charge applies only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Authors should make payments only in response to an official IJFPS invoice or verified communication from an official journal address.
IJFPS does not require payment for initial submission or peer-review consideration.
Response Times
The editorial office aims to acknowledge general email enquiries within approximately two to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
IJFPS aims to provide an initial editorial or peer-review decision within approximately three to four weeks whenever practicable.
These periods are service targets rather than guaranteed deadlines. Actual response and review times may vary according to enquiry complexity, manuscript requirements, reviewer availability, and the need for further investigation or specialist advice.
