The International Journal of Fundamental Physical Sciences (IJFPS) provides immediate open access to its published articles. An Article Processing Charge (APC) is requested only after a manuscript has completed editorial evaluation and peer review and has been formally accepted.

What the APC Supports

The APC supports manuscript administration, peer-review coordination, technical checking, formatting and production, online hosting, Crossref DOI registration, metadata preparation, digital preservation, and journal maintenance.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope. Payment does not influence peer review and does not guarantee acceptance or publication. See the Peer Review Policy.

Partial APC Reduction

Requests for a partial APC reduction may be considered in cases of documented financial hardship, authorship from a low-income or lower-middle-income economy, or exceptional academic merit. Requests must be submitted before the PayPal invoice is issued and should include a brief explanation. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances and the journal’s available resources. All requests are handled confidentially and separately from the scientific evaluation.

Payment and Security

After formal acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an official PayPal invoice or secure payment link in EUR. Any PayPal currency-conversion or processing charges are separate from the journal’s APC.

Security notice: IJFPS never requests APC payment before formal acceptance. Authors should pay only through the official invoice or secure link issued by the journal.
