Abstract

This study evaluates how the Rural Guide-Plan of Lajim Village has influenced its textural, economic, social, and cultural development. The study is modeled after existing national guide plans and previous academic studies, using surveys and questionnaires from 40 randomly selected households. Four hypotheses regarding the relationship between guide plans and different development dimensions were tested using descriptive and inductive statistical analysis. The results confirmed that the guide-plan has positively contributed to Lajim’s development across all four dimensions.
