Abstract

This paper explores the interpretation of the energy-mass relation E = mc² from a physical and historical perspective. Rather than treating it as a mathematical formula, the author proposes the Theory of the Meeting (TM), which posits that E = mc² represents the reunion of physical magnitudes—mass and the speed of light—that originated from a primordial force. The work suggests this expression encodes the story of an atom, its origin in a great explosion, and its potential energy to perform work. It challenges common mathematical interpretations, proposing instead a physical narrative rooted in ancient atomic events.
