This study presents innovative operational diagrams for a CW sealed CO2 laser using a genetic algorithm. By optimizing the cavity stability parameter (g), other parameters such as tube diameter, tube length, and coupler transmission are obtained. The diagrams are generated through evolutionary optimization, with output power as the fitness function. As g approaches the upper bound, parameters like output power, internal diameter, and efficiency increase, while transmission decreases. The proposed approach aids in designing sealed CO2 lasers with optimal operational performance.
